"It was time to renew my home owner’s insurance and I had a lady reach out to me to make an appointment. At first, she mentioned coming in and I asked her if I could do a phone call instead. That was totally fine and we set it up. I called in to talk to an agent and was connected with Garrett. He was awesome from the start! He made small talk with me about my life, it felt like I had known him for years. Super knowledgeable, I asked him multiple questions and he had answers for every one! My renewal was taken care of in a timely manner. He even allowed me to set up the payment date as a separate day because of how my pay fell that week. Garrett offered me some life insurance that would ensure my home would be paid for if something ever happened to me. He went in depth with explanations and stayed on the phone with me while I was filling out the Docusign papers.
